1.You have joined Changfeng since the beginning of the establishment of the company, and witnessed the growth of Changfeng, please talk about your feelings?

The past time is still vivid, remember the company was founded at the beginning, the company only 10 people, the lack of research and development equipment, research and development funds are tight, difficult, then we only think about how to survive. However, over the past decade, we have never given up, the company's leadership is forward-looking, committed to the international research and development, production and market layout of respiratory system inhalation preparations, we have grown from nothing, from small to large, and now the company has expanded to more than 500 people, and completed the F round of financing, which is quite difficult for entrepreneurial enterprises. Today's Changfeng stands at the forefront of the pharmaceutical industry, and the future development prospects are unlimited. But the success of the enterprise depends on the hard work of all our staff, I believe that under the joint efforts of all employees, everyone is one mind, hard work, the company's future will be infinitely brilliant.

2.What have you learned during your years with the company?

When I joined Changfeng, I had just graduated. In Changfeng, I had the honor to join the research and development team for more than 10 years. At the beginning, I focused on drug research and development. Within a short period of time, I had the opportunity to experience the full cycle of drug research and development. At the same time, relying on Changfeng's internationalization strategy, I also had the honor to participate in foreign projects, which enabled me to accumulate rich experience in research and development. Later, I gradually moved from professional technology to management position, which was a great challenge for me. Managing myself was quite different from managing others, but the leaders of the company gave me great support and help. Now I have grown into a team leader, leading more than 100 R & D personnel, responsible for a number of dosage forms of R & D projects, which is the company's great trust and recognition of me.

3.What is the reason that you have chosen to develop in the long wind?

There are many reasons why each of us chooses to stay in a company for development, but these are all due to their different expectations and visions of work, some people pursue a relaxed and pleasant working atmosphere, and some people pursue greater work challenges. Over the years, I choose to stay in Changfeng because the company has given me what I want. I can grow rapidly on this platform, I can engage in the career I love and am good at, I can fight alongside a group of like-minded people with common goals, and I also have the opportunity to share the benefits of the company. It is these that make me choose to stay in Changfeng. And willing to go with them.

4.As an old employee, how do you understand Changfeng's corporate culture?

1.What made you choose to join Changfeng?

What attracts me most about Changfeng is its international platform and people-oriented business philosophy; As an international student, I am eager to join an experienced and energetic team, which is exactly what the company can offer. At the same time, the R&D center of Changfeng is located in my hometown Wuxi, adjacent to the beautiful scenic spot. I am very glad to work in my hometown and make my contribution to the medical and health field.

2.What is the thing that impresses you most during your years in the company?

When I first came to Changfeng, as a white in the pharmaceutical industry, I knew nothing about the research and development, production, declaration, listing and other links of products, although I learned a lot during the period, but there are still some need to learn in the actual work. One day, the leader mentioned a specific term in the industry, but I could not remember it, while other colleagues were able to answer it. This little thing touched me and made me understand that I was working with a group of excellent people. Since then, I have been pushing myself to work hard and apply what I have learned to create a better myself.

3.What are your expectations for the future of the company?

As a high-tech innovative pharmaceutical company, in the field of inhalation preparation, we hope that the company's products can cure more and more people who are troubled by respiratory problems, and always uphold the mission concept of "paying attention to breathing, caring for life", and caring for human life and health. At the same time, I hope that through the efforts of all staff, Changfeng can be bigger and stronger, so that more people in need can understand Changfeng and use Changfeng products.

4.What advice do you have for new employees?

First enter the workplace to clear their career goals and life goals, have a plan to carry out and promote the work, step by step, if you feel that it is not appropriate to change careers, Changfeng also provides opportunities, Changfeng provides you with a shining stage.

1.What is your current position? What gives you the most satisfaction in this job?

I am currently working as HRBP, mainly responsible for the recruitment of the marketing center. The most fulfilling place is to make full use of their professional knowledge, efficiently cooperate with the needs of business development, build a strong marketing team, and ensure the orderly development of marketing business.

2.What is the most satisfying thing for you after joining Changfeng?

After joining Changfeng, the first thing that attracted me was the dynamic working atmosphere and humanistic caring team atmosphere, so that I could quickly integrate into the new working environment; Secondly, the perfect training system helps me get started with my work as soon as possible, expand my professional skills, and constantly enrich and improve myself. Thirdly, with the passage of time, I have come into contact with more excellent colleagues in the company. They not only help me to have a deeper understanding of the company's business, but also help me to find bright points worth learning from them. Finally, the abundant festival activities of the company, the sports projects spontaneously organized by colleagues, etc., let me deeply feel the happiness of joining the Changfeng family.

3.What do you want to gain from Changfeng platform in the future?
